While monitoring tells you whether a system is working, observability helps you understand why it isn't (or is) working.
Three Pillars of Observability:
1. Logs:
* What: Immutable, timestamped records of discrete events that happened over time. Logs provide detailed, context-rich information about specific occurrences.
